  • Food
    • Take 5-minutes to plan your next meal – make it healthy.
    • Bonus: If you have time, approx. 20min, you can watch the attached video for 15-helpful tips to eating healthy food.
  • Self-care
    • Finish this sentence: “I really like who I am because___________________.”
  • Exercise
    • For 5-minutes mix n’ match any of these low level 1-minute exercises to get your body moving and your blood circulating.
    • Squats 8-10x
    • Wall Push-Ups 8-10x
    • Heel Raises 8-10x
    • Squish a Tennis Ball 5x each hand
    • Military Press 8-15x
    • Lateral Arm Raises 8-15x
    • Bicep Curl 8-15x
    • Hip Extension 8-15x
  • To do:
    • In 5-minutes complete a household chore or an uncompleted task at work.
  • Social
    • Take 5-minutes to talk to the next person you see whether it is a complete stranger or a life-long friend have a conversation with them. If it helps you can use any of these open-ended questions to get the conversation going:
