- Breathe
- For the next 1-minute do the following breathing exercise:
- Clench your fist tight and breathe into your fingers. Position your fingers and thumbs facing down. Now clench your fist tightly. Turn your hand over so your fingers and thumbs are facing up and breathe into your fist. Notice what happens.
- Food
- Take 1-minute to eat a healthy snack like a piece of fruit, some nuts, and/ or vegetables.
- Self-care
- Wash your hands and splash some cold water on your face.
- Exercise
- For 1-minute stretch a part of your body like your legs, back, arms, shoulders, hands, etc.
- To do:
- In 1-minute complete a household chore or an uncompleted task at work.
- Social
- Take 1-minute to thank someone special; someone whose helped you and/ or been kind to you recently via text message, social media, etc.
