Take 1-minute to do something simple to better organize yourself.
In 1-minute learn something new like how to stop yourself from sneezing.
For 1-minute give yourself a “What If” scenario to process possible solutions to a potential or existing problem.
Without worrying about rhetorical concerns or conventions and mechanics, write about a passion of yours for 1-minute.
Take 1-minute to expand your vocabulary – memorize a new word.
For 1-minute imagine that you are going camping in the mountains for a week and you would only take 3 things. What would you take with you?
