    • For 1-minute think of something funny like a joke or favorite memory.
  • Music
    • Listen to a song from your favorite band, composer, soundtrack, etc.
  • Share
    • Take 1-minute to write down about the time you last felt loved or embarrassed.
  • Risk
    • For 1-minute be courageous and strong by saying and/ or doing something outside your comfort zone.
  • Games
    • Have fun. Take a 1-minute break to play a quick game.
